Our goal is to provide every user with reliable and independent energy — based on precise engineering and transparent economics.
GT Energy Family is a working model where local companies operate under the unified technical and financial standards of GT GmbH in cooperation with ProCredit Group.
The partner incorporates a legal entity with a paid-in capital of EUR 200,000.
Where local law allows, part of the capital may be secured by a bank guarantee issued by ProCredit Bank against the partner's collateral (property, warehouse, or equipment).
All financial operations — advance payments, factoring, and consumer credit — are handled through this account.
Production starts after a 30% prepayment.
The remaining amount may be settled with up to 180 days of deferred payment.
Financing is arranged by ProCredit Bank, which either purchases GT's receivables (factoring) or provides a dedicated credit line against the order.
All settlements occur directly between the bank and GT GmbH; the partner bears no debt obligations.
The Partner Admin system allows local partners to submit consumer credit applications for end customers directly through the platform.
The bank reviews the request within hours and transfers the credit directly to the customer.
After purchase, the system automatically generates a government subsidy request, covering part of the loan and thereby reducing monthly payments.
The partner purchases GT products at production cost, determines retail prices according to market conditions, and sells them within its territory.
The net profit is shared equally (50/50) between GT GmbH and the Partner, after deduction of import duties and associated costs.
Additional income from installation, service contracts, and local R&D projects remains entirely with the partner.
All processes — orders, KPI, inventory, service, and financial data — are managed within Partner Admin.
Monthly reports are automatically submitted to GT GmbH and the financing bank, ensuring transparency and lowering financing costs.
Access to GT's engineering platform: inverter systems, LiFePO₄ battery modules, AI-based control and optimization tools, and the Partner Admin ecosystem.
Financial instruments: bank guarantees, factoring, buyer credit programs, and government compensation mechanisms.
